1st National Advisory Board Meeting in Scotland

The first meeting of the Scottish National Advisory Board (NAB) was held at the School of Education of the University of Glasgow on 16th November 2016.

The purposes of the meeting were:

  • Introducing the research team and the members of the NAB
  • Presenting the YOUNG-ADULLLT project to the NAB members
  • Presenting and discussing the Scottish impact strategy of the project
  • Presenting and discussing the mapping and analysis of LLL policies in Glasgow City Region and Aberdeen & Aberdeen shire City Region
  • Promoting and enhancing forms of collaboration among participants

The members of the NAB appreciated the relevance of the project for the Scottish context. They also expressed their interest in the project and the willingness to participate and collaborate with the research, community engagement and dissemination activities concerning the project.
